Unfortunately, in this case, speed and productivity comes at the expense of our health, and the health of our microbiomes.
Walmart's brand likely uses the same suppliers as the biggest brands, which is why their oats, too, are toxic.
Although Walmart gets a lot of things right, their oats aren't one of them!
Avoid these if you can.
